Mafe Manufacturing Setup
Saawariya Impex Pvt. Ltd. Started its own manufacturing facility at well established industrial area of “Kundli (Sonipat)” in Haryana under “Make in India” drive by Government of India. Mafe Mobiles manufacturing facility is few KMs away from Delhi Border at G.T. Karnal Road NH-1. The purpose to starts to its own manufacturing facility is to tapping into country’s expanding mobile market. Saawariya started its manufacturing facility in February 2016 and achieved many noticeable milestones like ZERO WIP and 100% Lot Closure etc with better yield.
We have experienced, technically sound and competent manufacturing team. Our manufacturing team have experience with leading MNCs and domestic companies like LG Electronics, Samsung, Micromax, Videocon and Maxx Mobiles etc.
We are following world class “Lean Manufacturing System” and International Quality Management System ISO 9001. This manufacturing team have professionally trained Engineers and Associates. This team is capable and competent to manufacture bar phone as well as smart phones.
At present we have 12,000~15,000 Handset production capacity on daily basis and up to 400K handset per month. In future we have plan to expand this manufacturing facility to manufacture 30,000~40,000 handset per day with 1000K handset per month. This manufacturing facility have dust free clean environment and ESD safe work stations and lines.
